Youth and Love- Chap. 3

     A few weeks passed and the couple started making themselves at home. They made their little room into their own cozy little home, with the help of Amber. One day, while the couple was watering the plants while Amber was out, there was a knock on the door. "Umm, CC, were you expecting someone?" Osiris asked, placing one of the yellow canaries back into their cage. CC shook his head. "I don't know anybody here, that can't be someone I know." CC answered. "Then...who could it be?" Osiris asked as the knock was heard again at the door. "Just answer it, I'll be right behind you." CC answered as the couple walked to the door. Osiris opened the door to see Cristy. "MOM?" Osiris blurted out. "What the heck are you doing here!? H-How did you find us!?" Osiris asked. Cristy raised her hand. She raised up her iPhone. "We have a tracking devise on your phone. We follow the trail and we found you...we just never came after you. And don't worry, I'm here alone. The band's back in London, so is uncle Alex." Cristy explained.

     ".....Come in." Osiris said reluctantly. Cristy nodded once and walked in. "Mom...what are you doing here, tell me." Osiris demanded. Cristy sat on the white couch and took a hold of Osiris' hand, forcing her to sit in front of her mother. "Osiris...sweetie. You're my one and only daughter. It was wrong of me and your father to try and take away the only thing that made you happy. And it was wrong of us to ruin your birthday the way we did. We all talked about it and we all agreed, through out all the years CC and you have been together, he never did you any wrong, he always respected you and took care of you. We were too blinded by our anger to see he was actually perfect for you. Osiris Raven, you're me and Jeremy's only child. And our favorite. If you come home, we all promise to accept what is in front of us and we promise to leave the past behind us and all we want is to be a family again." Cristy explained with sad eyes.

     "....How can I trust you if you treated CC the way you did?" Osiris asked. "Because...the night you ran away, me and Jeremy didn't sleep for days. We felt like horrible parents and we were ashamed. We realized, it was OUR FAULT you ran away. All you wanted to do was be with CC and we forbid you and Jeremy said things he regrets, everyday, he's hard on himself because he just wants his Raven back...he misses you terribly." Cristy explained. "And how do I know your not just making this up?" Osiris asked. Cristy's 'facetime' tone rang on her phone. "Osiris, take my phone to your room and unlock my phone to facetime, alright?" Cristy asked as she handed her phone to Osiris. Osiris nodded and took the phone, rushing to the room and closing the door. She unlocked the phone and on the other side of the phone was Jinxx. "...D-Dad...?" Osiris said softly. "Osiris, Raven, sweetie bell..." Jinxx said with a smile. "Dad..." Osiris muttered, covering her mouth with tears.

     "Hey now, no need to cry. Big girls don't cry. Everything's fine, I need to talk to you." Jinxx said. Osiris looked at him and nodded. He took in a deep breath. "Osiris....I'm sorry. For everything I've done. I'm sorry I treated CC the way I did, I know now how important he is to you, it was wrong of me to do the things I did. And If I could take it back, hell knows I would. I feel like a horrible father for treating you and CC so badly after I found out the secret, and once I thought about it, I would rather you be together with someone from the band than someone I never knew who treats you any less than amazing. I want to apologize and ask you to come home...I miss you terribly, I've gone mad with regret." Jinxx explained to his daughter. "And I really want you to find it in your heart to forgive me...even thought what I've done is the most horrible thing in the world..." Jinxx added. "......You're my father. And I love you no matter what. I'll always forgive you and...I-I'm sorry I ran away instead of facing the problem...you always would say, running away proves how much of a coward you really are......and I don't want to be that coward anymore." Osiris said to her father.

     "....Can I come home?" Osiris asked with a smile. Jinxx smiled. "Of course you can." Jinxx said with a huge smile. Osiris wiped her tears and smiled. "I love you, daddy." Osiris said with a smile. Jinxx smiled and tried holding back his tears. "I love you too sweetie bell." Jinxx said, his voice breaking. "I'll be home soon..." Osiris said with a smile as she ended the call. She wiped her tears and left the room and back to the living room. Cristy smiled. "So....how was the talk?" Cristy asked her daughter. "......I think I want to go home." Osiris said with a smile. CC smiled. "We're going home?" CC asked with a smile. Osiris nodded. Cristy stood up and hugged Osiris tightly. "I knew you would make the right choice." Cristy said with a smile. Osiris smiled and hugged her back. "I'll be home soon, mom. I promise." Osiris said with a smile. Cristy looked at her and smiled. "Well, I must be getting back to London. I've been staying at a hotel for a few days and it's time for me to go back home." Cristy said with a smile.

     "I'll see you soon, mom." Osiris said with a smile. Cristy nodded and smiled as she left the apartment. CC looked at Osiris and smiled. He ran up to her and hugged her tightly. "I'm proud of you....I'm so proud of you." CC said with a smile. Osiris smiled. "We need to tell Amber this when she gets back." Osiris said with a smile. "I'm kinda relieved...I don't know if I could take one more night of her steamed broccoli." CC said as he grabbed the back of his neck and laughed. Osiris laughed. "I know it's not easy living with a vegan." Osiris said with a smile. "All jokes aside, didn't I promise you things were going to go back to normal?" CC asked with a smile. Osiris smiled. "That, you did." Osiris answered. CC smiled and hugged her tightly. He saw Amber walk in. "Hello friends, I'm back." Amber said with a smile as she closed the door. "Hey Amber, how was the shopping?" Osiris asked her friend. "It was lovely. I bought you both some lovely necklaces I think you will like." Amber said with a smile. "Aww, Amber, you shouldn't have." CC said with a smile. "But it was my pleasure, Christian." Amber said with a smile as she walked to the kitchen and set down the bags on the kitchen counter.

     She reached into her shoulder bag and took out two necklaces. " They're wrapped around in wire, to keep them connected to the necklace. The stones hold positive energy, the green one is for Christian and the purple one is for you, Osiris." Amber said as she handed the necklaces to the couple. "Aww, green is my favorite color, Amber, thanks so much!" CC said as he slipped the necklace over his head. "They're beautiful, Amber, that was so nice of you." Osiris said with a smile as she slipped it around her neck. "I repeat, is was my pleasure, you both are my closest and dearest friends after all." Amber said with a smile. "We actually want to talk to you about something." Osiris said with a smile as she put her arms on the kitchen counter. "Well then, tell me you shall." Amber said with a smile as she reach down and carried her pet baby skunk in her arms. "Well, while you were gone, my mother visited and offered us to go back home and...well, we were going to leave in a few days." Osiris explained.

     "It's because we miss our friends and family there and.....our dreams are there. But don't get me wrong, you've been the greatest person and dearest friend to us, you helped us when no one else would." CC explained. Amber looked at them and smiled. "You both are sweet. It doesn't bother me you wish to follow the wind back to your destiny. I wouldn't stop you either." Amber said with a smile as she petted her skunk. ".....You should come with us!" Osiris said with a smile. "I'll get a job and save up money and you and me can buy an apartment back in London! Because the lord knows I don't want to lose contact with you again, Amber. You should come back home with us!" Osiris offered with a smile. "Oh, Osiris, wildflower, I couldn't. Where will I keep all my animals?" Amber asked, looking at Amber. "I promise you, I have a great idea for all your animals and birds." Osiris answered with a smile. "I promise you, where your animals go will be a great place, I PROMISE." Osiris added. "BUT! You can keep the baby skunk, the band would LOVE to see one." CC added with a smile as he petted the baby skunk. Amber looked at them and smiled. "You both are such wonderful children of nature and the world. I accept your offer." She said with a smile.
