Youth and Love- Chap. 6

     CC grabbed his and Cristy's bags from above their airplane seats and Amber picked up the pet carrier for her pet skunk, which she had everyone fooled that it was a small dog. The three walked out of the plane and walked out of the gate. "Come on guys, let's go to get our bags." CC said as he lead the way to the claim. Osiris and Amber followed behind him. As the three got to baggage claim, Osiris saw someone familiar looking from the corner of her eyes. She turned her head away from Amber and CC and saw...her father. Her heart skipped a few beats. "D-Dad...?" Osiris stuttered. "Osiris....sweetheart..." Jinxx answered as he walked to her with his arms open. "Daddy!" Osiris yelled out at she ran towards him and ran into his arms, her eyes full of tears. She felt Jinxx wrap his arms around her tightly, as if he would never let her go. Osiris' emotions got o the best of her as she allowed the tears to leave her eyes as she started to cry.

     Jinxx patted her head and held her in his arms. "Don't cry baby girl...you're home now, don't cry..." Jinxx said softly as he held her tightly in his arms. "I missed you..." Osiris answered as she felt tears running down her cheek. "I-I'm sorry I left home, daddy, I'm so sorry..." Osiris said as she hid her face in his chest and cried. "Hey, hey, no sweetie, you're not crying right now, you're more than that." Jinxx said as he held her on the shoulders and made her face him. She looked up at her father with black eyeliner tears. He smiled and wiped her tears away. "Osiris....you're home. That's all that matters, sweetheart." Jinxx said with a smile. Osiris looked at him for a moment and she let out a smile. "I love you, dad..." Osiris said as she hugged him tightly. He smiled and hugged her tightly. "I love you too, honey..." Jinxx said with a smile.

     "Jeremy..." CC said from behind Osiris. Jinxx looked up and met eyes with CC. "Christian..." Jinxx said softly as he put Osiris behind him and walked to CC. The two were practically touching noses. They looked into each others fiery eyes for a few moments. Jinxx broke the stares and hugged CC tightly. CC smiled brightly and hugged him back tightly. "CC....I'm sorry I did that shit to you...I don't know how I could treat my own brother like that...I'm so sorry....." Jinxx said, begging for apologies. CC smiled. "I forgive you...I forgive everything...let's just leave it all behind.....I want to come home to the band." CC said with a smile. Jinxx looked at CC and smiled. "You got it, dude." Jinxx said with a smile. Jinxx turned to look at Amber. "Oh! Dad!" Osiris said with a smile as she ran to Amber's side. "This is Amber. She helped me and CC get by when we were in New York, she let us live with her after we talked for months online." Osiris said with a smile.

     "It's such a nice opportunity to meet you sir. I can already sense, you have a reeeeeeally caring aura and loving personality." Amber said with a smile. Jinxx chuckled. "Well, it's nice to meet you too, Amber. Thank you for taking care of my daughter and her boyfriend while they were in New York." Jinxx said. "It's was no problem. Me and Raven are reeeeally good friends and I felt so happy to finally see the girl I've been talking to for months." Amber answered with a smile. "Dad, can I ask you something?" Osiris asked. "Well, Amber doesn't know anything about London, and I was wondering if she could live at home with mom and come to school with me and basically take her in until she gets a job and can get a place of her own." Osiris asked her father. "Well.....I think that would be just fine. It's the least I can do, I mean, she DID offer you her home. It would be injustice of me NOT TO return the favor." Jinxx said with a smile. Osiris smiled and hugged Amber.

     Amber laughed and hugged Osiris back. "Thank you, Osiris." Amber said with a smile. Osiris smiled back. "Hey, it's what friends are for." Osiris said with a smile. "Now come on, get your things, guys. We're going home." Jinxx said with a smile. The three smiled and took their bags and followed Jinxx outside, where the tour bus was waiting. Seconds passed and Ashley, Andy, and Jake stepped out of the bus. "Uncle Andy!!" Osiris yelled as she ran into Andy's arms and hugged him tightly. Andy laughed and hugged her back. "Careful darling, I'm just skin and bones." Andy said jokingly. Osiris giggled. "Hey, Ashley!" CC said with a smiled and he jumped into Ashley's arms. Ashley laughed. "Aren't you happy, you come home and the first thing that happens to you is you get swept off your feet." Ashley said with a laugh. CC laughed and got out of his arms and hugged him tightly. "I missed you bro, never scare me like that again." Ashley said with a smile. "Ashley...thanks for keeping your promises and my secrets." CC told him with a smile. Ashley smiled and winked. "Anything for a brother." He said with a smile.

     "Hey, Osiris, you're not gonna give Uncle Jake any love!? Nobody cares about Jake Pitts." Jake said jokingly. Osiris laughed and hugged Jake tightly. "I missed you so much, Uncle Jake..." Osiris said with a smile. Jake smiled down at her. "I'll tell you what, when we get back on the road, I'll teach you how to sing out new song, 'Unbroken', alright? It's a gift for coming back to your family and doing the right thing." Jake said with a smile. Osiris smiled brightly. "Are you serious, Uncle Jake!? Oh my god, that'll be the best!" Osiris said happily as she hugged him tighter. CC and Andy met eyes. Andy held his hand out to shake CC's hand. CC smiled softly and shook Andy's hand. "Welcome back to the band, bro." Andy welcomed CC. CC nodded once. "Thanks, Andy..." CC said as he looked down, disappointed. Andy smiled and pulled CC in for a hug. "I'm not into this whole hugging situation with the band, but damnit, I missed our best drummer." Andy said with a laughed. CC laughed and hugged Andy back. "That means a lot, Andy...thanks." CC said with a smile.

     "Hey, kiddo! I missed you, why did you leave me~!?" Ashley asked Osiris as she laughed and he pulled her into a hug. Ashley smirked and picked up Osiris, throwing her up in his arms. "Alright guys, let's get moving!" Ashley yelled as Osiris laughed and punched Ashley on his back. "Uncle Ashley, let me go!" She said with a laugh. Ashley laughed and set her down. "Never scare me the way you did again, alright sweetie bell?" Ashley told Osiris with a smile. Osiris smiled and nodded. "I'm sorry I worried you so much, Uncle Ashley." Osiris said to him. Ashley smiled. "I love you kiddo, it's ok." Ashley said as he kissed her head. CC met eyes with Jake. Jake smiled and held his arms open. "Hug me, brotha!" Jake said with a laugh. "I need to pee, but I'm not gonna!!" CC answered with a laugh as he hugged Jake tightly. "You guys have the WEIRDEST WAY if saying 'hi'." Andy said as the others laughed.

     "Alright guys, get your butts on the bus, we're taking Osiris home to see her mom and her uncle Alex and by the way, guys, that's Amber over there, she was a HUGE HELP to CC and Osiris when they were in New York. She's going to be living with Cristy back home." Jinxx said as Amber smiled and waved one hand. The whole group got on the bus and took their seats. "Hey, Amber, what's that in the pet carrier?" Jake asked Amber. "Oh, it's my pet, his name is Flower." Amber said with a smile. "Aw, can we see the little puppy?" Ashley asked. Amber giggled. "He's not exactly a puppy." Amber said as she unzipped the carrier. "Oh? Then what is he?" Ashley asked. Amber smiled and revealed her baby skunk. "Ohhhhh, that's so COOL! It's a baby skunk!" Jake said with a smile. "Um...it doesn't spray, does it?" Andy asked, looking at Flower. "No, his sprayer was surgically removed." Amber answered with a smile. "Does he bite?" Ashley asked, holding his hand out to the skunk. "Nope. He's like a well-trained dog. He won't cause any harm." Amber answered with a smile.

     As Amber started to get to know the band, Osiris and CC were snuggled together once again in CC's bunk. "CC?" Osiris asked. "Yeah?" CC answered. "...I'm glad we decided to come back." Osiris said with a smile. CC smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist. "It does feel good to be back." CC said with a smile. Osiris smiled and held his arms around her waist. "I hope mom is happy to see me..." Osiris said. CC chuckled. "That's silly. Of course she will be. After all ,she came all the way alone to London to try and get us to come back. She's a pretty cool mom, if you ask me." CC said with a laugh. Osiris laughed. "Yeah...I'm glad things are back to normal." Osiris said with a smile. CC smiled with her. "Me too, love...me too." CC answered back as the two fell asleep.
